Flow (flow.daravision.com) is operated by DARAVISION. Flow connects private buyers and sellers in Cambodia and holds a booking deposit while the asset and documents are checked. Buyers see the district only until a deposit is verified.

Deposit = rate × agreed price, kept between the minimum and the cap, rounded to whole dollars. It is credited against the price or Flow's fee at completion.

ប្រាក់ដែលបាត់បង់ចែក ៥០% ឲ្យអ្នកលក់ និង ៥០% ឲ្យ Flow។ ប្រាក់កក់ត្រូវកាត់ចេញពីតម្លៃ ឬថ្លៃសេវា Flow ពេលបញ្ចប់។
Each negotiation turn lasts 24 hours, with at most 3 counters per side. After an offer is accepted, the buyer has 2 hours to pay the deposit by KHQR.
